Our Mission

Kangaroo Care supports Oregon families by providing compassionate, in-home attendant care services for children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities through Medicaid.

Kangaroo Care is proudly owned and operated by Mike Rees, Scott Clement, and Kim Clement. Each of our lives has been personally impacted by autism, giving us a deep understanding of the challenges and joys families experience. Combined with years of leadership in human resources, operations, business management, and disability advocacy, we are committed to providing personalized, compassionate support to families throughout Oregon.
