She is compassionate, caring, considerate, determined, and has a great sense of humor and strong problem-solving skills. She enjoys singing, dancing, participating in sports, attending theater classes, getting out into the community, and spending time with her family and cat. Support needs include increasing independence with ADLs/IADLs, giving medication. mobility assistance, breakfast preparation, bathing and hygiene support, and community access. The ideal DSP is understanding, respectful, reliable, and comfortable transporting a client using a walker/wheelchair. The home has 4 cats and 3 dogs and is non-smoking

She loves to climb, is very active and loves to play on her keyboard as well as spend time with her family that she lives with. She is needing help with feedings via G-tube, changing her depends, and communication as she is non-verbal. DSP should be comfortable with using a Gtube (you will be trained) and have some experience working with non-verbal individuals. There is no smoking in the home and a dog.
