11 old boy in the Bethany/Beaverton area looking for help Monday–Friday: 3:00–7:00 pm and Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 am–5:00 pm. He is very good natured, funny, has a great smile and has an amazing ability to use technology. It is important for him to feel in control, keep his routine and be around his mom. He is needing help with getting him dressed, med administration, lifting including getting him on/off couch, feeding, toileting (diaper changes), bathing, brushing teeth, and getting to/from and into car. He does have difficulty regulation his emotions and does have a PBSP in place. DSP should be patient, kind, vigilant, and reliable. have OIS training or willing to get OIS training. There is a cat in the house and no smoking. DSP may need to be able to drive.

They can be a bit flexible with evening shifts. He is witty, kind-hearted, and full of great interests. He enjoys animals (both being around and learning about them) Legos, Star Wars, cars, WW2 planes/Tanks, meteorology and cooking. He is looking for help with ADL’S, routines, toileting, medication reminders and mobility support. The best fit for a DSP would be someone who is calm, patient, and engaging support style as well as can drive. This is helpful as location is not very accessible via Bus. There is a cat, dog and fish in the home. No smoking.

She loves all things, exploring outside, animals, vet shows, video games etc. She struggles with communication and is partially non-verbal. Looking for help with ADLs, physical activity and chores. Needs prompts with personal hygiene. DSP Needs to be able to be willing to try different approaches and adapt/ modify based on how she responds. She will do best with a female who is able to stay calm, is patient, is respectful of her faith, and can stay consistent. DSP should also be ok with dogs and cats, non smoking and preferably could drive but ok if they can't. Parents to reimburse for mileage.

He enjoys getting out into the community to walk at the gym or play basketball on the weekends. He would need support with folding and putting away his laundry, tidying his room, eating dinner, writing what he did for the day, redirection and reminders about boundaries and reading stories to wind down for the evening. Routine and timeliness are extremely important to him. There is a support dog in the home but it would not come out into the community with you. No smoking
