DSP should like outdoor activities including being outside rain or shine, be reliable, have a light touch when it comes to correcting his behaviors, and have experience dealing with client behaviors. There is a dog in the home and no smoking.

She's needing help with cutting/portioning out food, hygiene reminders and cues, help with achieving her goals including helping her get to activities and classes, and basic ADL assistance including assisting with prompts for getting addressed, trimming nails, ect. She needs a DSP who can stick to the rules/parameters and understand she needs to stay within set boundaries. They should have a thick skin and be ok working with challenging behaviors. DSP should be able to keep a constant eye on the client at all times. There is no smoking and 2 dogs.
