45-year-old husband and wife in Troutdale looking for non-smoking, Fragrance free, and tech-savvy DSP. They are looking for two different DSP. One DSP to do Tuesdays & Thursdays & the 2nd DSP to do Wednesdays & Fridays. The hours would be either 1pm-5pm, 2pm-6pm, 1pm-6pm OR 1:30pm-6:30pm in afternoons. They prefer flexibility just in case of appts & etc.. DSP to help wife with making and keeping appointments, meal preparation, cutting food, housekeeping, dressing, partial toileting, help to advocate for doctors appts, medication organization, and reminders. The client also needs help with transfers, balance support, and getting out into the community. The husband needs assistance with community outings and activities, meal portioning/cutting food some and personal care. Communication and conversational cueing support are needed. DSP must have a clean car to transport the clients and cannot wear shoes inside the home. Bonus if DSP knows ASL and is able to teach client. Client is sensitive to smells, odors, fragrances, dust, pollen, etc. There are no pets or smoking in the home.

5-year-old in Troutdale looking for help Mon, Tues, Thurs, Sat 10 AM–5 PM; Wed 3–6:30 PM; Fri 10 AM–7 PM and weekends. Schedule is relatively flexible. He is athletic, highly verbal, curious, and very active, with interests in outdoor play, running, exercise, art, and social interaction. He requires full 1:1 support and consistent hands-on engagement throughout the day, including structured physical activity, sensory support, and creative interaction, as traditional toys are not typically of interest. They are looking for a DSP who is patient, calm, flexible, and comfortable supporting a high-energy child with autism and behavioral needs, or someone willing to learn and grow in the role. This is a very active and engaging position that can be highly rewarding for the right person.
